I lost my note or edits disappeared

First, don’t overwrite anything

If you suspect content is missing, don’t immediately start editing (you could overwrite a good version).

Quick checks

1. Make sure you’re signed in to the same account.
2. Refresh once.
3. Check if the note exists in the sidebar list or in search.

If it’s still missing

Use /contact and include:

• note title (or what you remember)
• approximate time you edited it
• device/browser

This helps us find logs and recover the correct version when possible.
